The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of automotive service operations, and a commitment to employee development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial aspects of managing.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to HR, Legal, and Environmental compliance.
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to maintain a clean and customer-friendly service center.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Run a service center with focus on cost control and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and corporate policies.

• Develop local marketing to raise center awareness.
• Conduct training using the Super Pro Training System for staff.
• Schedule staff, manage inventory, and address daily challenges.
