Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial aspects.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to HR, Legal, and Environmental compliance.
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams.
• Ability to manage inventory and day-to-day challenges.
• High school diploma or GED; automotive certifications a plus.
