Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Technical Sales & Service Representatives and Inside Sales teams.
• Own sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and quote-to-order conversion.
• Build relationships with key customers, end users, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational, and business-line leaders to accelerate growth.
• Scale a high-potential service center and drive profitable growth.
