Job summary

You will lead a four‑person team of Regional and National Business Development Managers, partnering with the VP of Strategic Growth to shape target accounts and markets. This role requires coaching, KPI discipline, and experience selling services into industrial and related sectors, with travel about 20%.

Qualifications

• Direct experience leading, managing and coaching sales or business development professionals.
• Experience selling services into industrial, construction, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, safety or related industries.
• Coach who can raise performance through regular one‑on‑ones, pipeline reviews and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a four-person regional and national BDM team.
• Partner with the VP of Strategic Growth on target accounts, industries and markets.
• Shape how the sales organization scales and collaborates with executive leadership.
• Oversee sales reporting, KPIs and CRM discipline.
