Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Service Center Specialist to support service center and branch operations. You’ll handle inbound calls, inquiries, and customer walk-ins; generate rental quotes; and place orders by phone, in person, or by email.

You’ll enter orders, arrange deliveries, support contract renewals, maintain billing accuracy, and assist Service Shop Technicians by pulling parts and completing work orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or related work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
• Familiar with ERP and CRM workflows and processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Generate rental quotes and place orders by phone, in person, or email.
• Enter orders, arrange deliveries, and update billing details.
• Support contract renewals and changes, including POs.
• Assist Service Shop Technicians by pulling parts and completing work orders.
