Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of seven years of managerial experience in transportation.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to drive KPIs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DOT regulatory and company safety policy compliance.
• Manage and communicate KPIs to upper management within the terminal scope.
• Develop, maintain, and exceed fiduciary budgets and financial plans.
• Evaluate processes, enforce SOPs, and implement improvements.
• Resolve customer concerns and disputes promptly.
• Provide direction to drivers, fleet managers, shop supervisors, technicians, and CSRs.
• Support profits by optimizing staffing, costs, and productivity.
