Qualifikationen

• Minimum of ten years’ experience in the door industry.

• Deliver a profitable operation by overseeing operations, staffing, and expenses.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve service, productivity, and quality.
• Drive operations excellence and safety, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Hire, develop and retain top employees; coach performance and set expectations.
• Oversee budgeting processes and performance reporting; ensure compliance with company policies.
• Travel to job sites and company meetings as necessary.
