Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ door industry experience and at least 5 years in operations with P&L oversight.
• Budgeting processes and performance reporting knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Experience in outside sales and in-person customer business development.
• Proven people development and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong technical/problem solving abilities; mechanically inclined.
• Strategic thinker with ability to address complex problems creatively.
• Experience running meetings with exempt and non-exempt staff and conducting annual reviews.
• Commitment to ethical principles, company values, and OSHA compliance.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and company meetings.
