Aptive Environmental is seeking an Operations Manager for its Manchester, NH area. This full-time role leads a service center, oversees staffing, payroll, inventory, and budget performance to drive EBITDA and growth.

You will collaborate with regional leadership to maintain exceptional customer service and a results-driven team culture, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience or a relevant bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and employee retention and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Direct hiring activities and coordinate with recruiting lead.
• Manage payroll for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Set goals and monitor performance with dashboards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
