Job summary

Aalberts Ht is seeking a Production Manager in New Hampshire to oversee plant production operations and ensure outstanding customer service. The role involves regular customer contact to understand needs, planning production accordingly, and supporting safety, quality and environmental standards in collaboration with other managers.

You will lead shift managers, drive KPI targets, and foster a culture of respect and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of experience in industrial operations.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers and understand their needs.
• Schedule plant production to meet customer requirements while maintaining efficiency.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team focused on safety and KPI targets.
• Pursue continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, and 5S with other managers.
• Participate in problem-solving activities and monthly KPI performance reviews.
• Coach and direct Shift Managers to ensure safe, efficient operations.
