The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in operations leadership, particularly within large-scale field service organizations. Responsibilities include strategy development, KPI establishment, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading leaders within large-scale, distributed field service organizations.
• Proven track record managing operations at significant scale ($200M+ revenue environment preferred).
• Strong background in field operations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and service quality across all markets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and develop a multi-tiered field leadership team.
• Establish KPIs, performance standards, and accountability systems.
