Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred.
• US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years; clean driving record.
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer retention and employee retention, and manage service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiencies.
• Manage inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Oversee hiring activities to ensure proper staffing and coordinate with recruiting lead.
• Lead payroll for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Set a clear vision and expectations for the work group.
• Achieve high operational efficiency and effective labor management.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and CI to ensure growth and safe delivery of services.
• Deliver training with Operations Trainers and local leadership.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and potential customers.
