Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or related field with at least 3 years of staff and operations management experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience considered.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the Lee County Service Center.
• Recruit and train staff and volunteers for seasonal and daily work.
• Develop relationships with community and civic groups to coordinate services.
• Oversee advisory council relationships and program development plans.
