Qualifications

• 4-5 years’ experience in technical service or related field.
• High School/GED required. College degree is a plus.
• Previous supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage service center P&L, drive profitability, and maximize technician utilization.
• Oversee all activities of the local service center and employees including facility security and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Direct and coordinate repair diagnostics and service with technicians.
• Determine warranty coverage for repairs or replacements.
• Communicate with customers and sales team on repairs and parts status.
• Track KPIs and service center metrics.
