Qualifications

• 4-5 years’ experience in Technical Service or related field.
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• Experience managing service center operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the local service center to ensure profitability and high customer service.
• Direct and coach service center staff; conduct performance reviews and development.
• Coordinate repairs, warranties, and parts logistics with customers and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
