Qualifications

• 4-5 years’ experience in technical service.
• High School/GED required.
• College degree a plus.
• Previous supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service center operations and profitability.
• Manage daily activities of staff and facility safety.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures with technicians.
• Coordinate repairs coverage under warranty when applicable.
• Maintain KPIs and repair tracking in the Service Center system.
• Collaborate with Sales Group to support customers and growth.
• Travel as required to customer sites.
