Gills Point S Tire & Auto is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and grow the business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll coach technicians, build lasting community relationships, manage budgets, and drive sales through honest recommendations and strong service standards. If you're a proven automotive leader, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an automotive repair, tire, or retail service environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and KPI analysis.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• ASE Certifications or other industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-first culture delivering an exceptional experience on every visit.
• Coach your team on identifying customer needs and recommending tires, maintenance, and repair services that provide real value.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and service professionals.
• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
