Job summary

The Cortez Service Center Director for The Salvation Army Southern California leads all operations of the Montezuma County service center in Colorado, guiding thrift store and food pantry ministries, fundraising, and community outreach.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the EDS/SE Director at Divisional Headquarters in Denver and requires strong leadership, fiscal oversight, staff development, and a deep commitment to TSA's mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Cortez Service Center, including thrift store and food pantry activities, ensuring programs align with TSA policies and divisional directives.
• Supervise, train, and develop center staff, interns, and volunteers; manage performance reviews and HR records.
• Manage budget planning with DHQ, monitor financials, and submit monthly statistical and financial reports to DHQ.
• Coordinate grants, donations, and fundraising efforts; maintain compliance with grant requirements and reporting.
• Represent TSA in Montezuma County, building relationships with partners, donors, and community organizations.
