Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Cortez Service Center Director in Montezuma County, CO to lead all center operations, thrift store and food pantry ministries, and budget oversight. The role reports to the Divisional EDS/SE Director at DHQ in Denver, with strong autonomy and a full-time exempt status.

• Oversee daily operations of the Cortez Service Center, ensuring program delivery, thrift store and pantry operations.
• Manage budget, financial reporting, staffing, and HR records in coordination with DHQ.
• Lead community relations, fundraising, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Supervise volunteers, interns, and center staff; ensure compliance with TSA policies.
