Job summary

Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and grow sales with the General Manager while building a high-performing team.

You will coach technicians and CSAs, manage inventory and budgeting, ensure safety and cleanliness, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced service center; we offer a strong rewards package.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always.
• Enjoys and is energized by a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Has a "Guest First" mindset.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth and guest count alongside the GM.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures are followed.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling procedures; address guest issues.
• Assist budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a safe, presentable store.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs; run opening/closing duties.
• Help build an engaged workforce aligned with customer volume.
