Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to guide a busy automotive service center in Rocky Point, NY. You will partner with the GM to drive revenue, lead a diverse team, and maintain high guest satisfaction while managing day-to-day operations.

You will oversee budgeting, inventory, and staff coaching, ensuring excellent service and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership to inspire diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory management and cash handling procedures.
• Coach automotive technicians and CSAs through training and guidance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction across the service center.
