107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our Philadelphia service center. The AGM will support the GM in driving revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team development while overseeing daily operations and financial performance.

Entry-level for leadership with 1–3 years of retail management is preferred; automotive experience not required. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $21.00 per hour, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving service quality.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety/compliance procedures.
