Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Writer in Harrisonville, Missouri, to provide five-star customer service, greet customers, assist with inquiries, and write service tickets for vehicle maintenance.

You will build relationships, communicate from initial contact to completion, and coordinate with technicians to ensure high-quality work and timely service delivery. The role includes inventory support and occasional parts deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of related experience in a service advisor or service writer role preferred.
• Experience with typing or keyboarding.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong customer relationships and ensures courteous, effective assistance.
• Write service tickets and coordinate with technicians.
• Start Lock Out Tag Out procedures on vehicles.
• Communicate with customers from initial contact through completion of maintenance.
• Assist with stocking and inventory counts.
• Support over-the-counter sales and fleet account maintenance.
• Perform parts deliveries and pickups.
