Sapp Bros., Inc. in Harrisonville, MO is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to help keep our travel centers clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. You’ll perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and support facility upkeep while delivering friendly, 5-star service.

Qualifications

• Eligible applicants must be 18 years or older and able to work a physically demanding schedule.
• Ability to pass background and employment checks is required.
• Prior maintenance or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star guest service and maintain a clean, safe facility at travel centers.
• Clean showers and restrooms, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and empty trash.
• Polish fixtures, wash windows, and perform light bulb replacements as needed.
• Pressure wash parking areas and fuel pumps; ensure overall facility cleanliness.

What You’ll Do:

As a member of our Maintenance team, you’ll work together to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our travel centers. You’ll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, keeping our facilities clean, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 5-star guest service at all times
• Clean and maintain showers and restrooms
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash containers and maintain cleanliness
• Polish stainless-steel fixtures and dust surfaces
• Wash windows and perform light bulb replacements
• Pressure wash parking lots and fueling areas
• Clean fuel pumps and maintain overall facility cleanliness

Requirements

• A minimum of 18 years of age
• A professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb step ladders
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 25-45+ lbs.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service
• A commitment to safety and following established guidelines
• Ability to pass a criminal background and employment reference check
