Responsibilities

• Greets all customers entering the Waiting Lobby area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs/takes them to the appropriate person or location.
• Refers customers who have questions about the work performed to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.
• Maintains a clean and tidy Customer Lounge, coordinates coffee/refreshments and supplies.
• Engages with customers to ensure comfort and updates on progress of repairs.
• Greets customers at the cashier desk in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and records the amounts.
• Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
• Provides cash refunds or credit memorandums to customers for returned merchandise.
