Job summary

Marietta Toyota is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the service client care center. You will handle inbound reservation calls, confirm appointments, and perform outbound follow-ups for due and overdue clients.

Role requires enthusiasm for helping guests, flexibility with hours, and adherence to service policies and training materials. This position is based in Marietta and supports the service team.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills and articulate speaking are required.
• Cheerful disposition and a can-do attitude help adapt to changes.
• Ability to conduct outbound calls with enthusiasm and team alignment.
• Completion of Service-Mastery certification with a minimum score of 85%.
• Flexibility to work hours Monday–Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service reservation calls.
• Confirm reservations and perform outbound follow-up for due/overdue clients.
• Stay updated on service specials, mailers, and recall notices.
• Follow training materials and word tracks to answer guest questions.
• Use the Knowledge-Drive to search for answers before transferring to a Service Advisor.
• Adhere to Client Care Center Policies and Procedures.
