Job summary

Milton Martin Toyota in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Service BDC Client Care Coordinator to join our Service Business Development Center. In this part-time role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and help create an outstanding service experience from the first interaction.

You will work closely with service advisors and the department to ensure a seamless customer journey, leveraging CRM and DMS tools. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, BDC, receptionist, appointment scheduling, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM, DMS, and scheduling software.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding recalls, ToyotaCare maintenance, loyalty programs, service reminders, and extended warranty opportunities.
• Review customer service history and recommend appropriate maintenance services when scheduling appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and DMS software.
• Stay current on Toyota service campaigns, recalls, promotions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Work closely with service advisors and the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
