Pay

$10.30 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and establish a gracious tone for their experience.
• Review reservations, guest notes, special occasions and seating details before service.
• Coordinate arrivals and seating transitions to keep the schedule on track.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion.
• Communicate timing, allergies and special requests to chefs and frontofhouse team members.
• Assist with checks, payments and other service needs as required.
• Maintain the readiness of guestfacing areas.
• Complete assigned opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale hospitality setting, such as fine dining, luxury hotels, concierge services or VIP guest services.
