Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our team in a full-time role. You will handle customer calls, provide product information, and help schedule sales/service appointments while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.

This position offers hourly pay with bonuses, PTO/holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, on-the-job training, and comprehensive insurance coverage. Growth opportunities within Ciocca Automotive are available.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Proficient computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
