Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Group is seeking an energetic call center professional to join our growing team. The role offers hourly pay plus bonus, full-time hours, and a path for advancement within Ciocca Automotive family.

You will handle calls, chats, and emails to schedule sales and service appointments, provide product information, and follow up on leads. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, on‑the‑job training, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least one previous customer service-related role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
