• RECONTRAC and REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility.
• Return incomplete repairs to the originator for correction.
• Enter labor operation codes, failure codes, parts stamps on orders.
• Interpret technicians' comments into codes.
• Coordinate with parts dept and service director to avoid duplicate claims.
• Assist management with special projects, audits, and reports.
• Compute and record totals of transactions.

SERVICE BOOKER

Salary Range: $16.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Position Overview:

The Service Booker ensures repairs are completed, closes repair orders, and carries out additional assignments as set forth by the Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Review repair orders written for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the dealership guidelines prior to closing.
• Return improperly completed repairs to the person originating the document for correction and/or completion as necessary.
• Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, parts stamps, and/or other administrative data required and enter them onto the repair orders.
• Interpret and translate Technicians comments into damage codes/operation codes.
• Work alongside the parts department and the service director to check repair orders against the vehicles service history to avoid making duplicate claims
• Assist management with special projects, audits, reports, etc., as requested.
• Compute and record totals of transactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or minimum two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Proper email and telephone etiquette.
• Intermediate level of competency using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred – bilingual in English and Spanish.
• RECONTRAC and REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS knowledge is a plus!!
