• Experience with service billing and invoicing processes.
• Strong customer service mindset and clear communication.
• Ability to handle work orders and contract renewals accurately.

Responsabilités

• Process completed work order tickets and invoices according to guidelines.
• Handle service contract renewals and invoicing processes.
• Maintain internal records for each customer contract SOW.
• Coordinate with service managers, technicians and customers to schedule and verify calls.
• Assist with after-hours calls and provide backup support as needed.
