Hybrid schedule allows in-office Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday and Friday, with 8am-5pm hours; start ASAP for a 6+ month contract. Prior ERP/CRM experience and MS Office proficiency are key assets for success.

Qualifications

• Two years post-secondary education in accounting or related field or four years related experience.
• ERP or CRM systems experience required.
• Attention to detail and customer focus required.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry (10-key).
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for each scheduled service job per instructions.
• Create service contracts and service orders for contract services.
• Process service partner invoices and related paperwork.
• Update and maintain invoicing instructions and data in systems.
• Handle customer questions/complaints and escalate as needed.
• Inform Service Managers of any issues with paperwork or parts.
