You’ll be the first contact for customers, ensuring productive routing and accurate records within the service department. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, appointment coordination, and leveraging dealership CRM systems to maintain notes and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn dealership software systems.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to generate service appointments.
• Schedule appointments accurately based on customer needs and service department capacity.
• Maintain and maximize the daily service appointment schedule.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for upcoming repairs.
• Document customer concerns and appointment information for smooth handoffs.
