• Assist with customer retention and service marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, check-outs, and returns.
• Communicate with service advisors for a seamless experience.
• Monitor transportation needs for service customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and rental records.
• Support service department growth through consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, texts, and emails
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance recommendations and declined services
• Assist with customer retention and service marketing campaigns
• Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, check-outs, and returns
