Genesis of Milwaukee is seeking a Service BDC Representative to support the busy service department. You will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with Service Advisors and parts/rental teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Basic Windows Office knowledge; ability to learn vender programs/portals quickly.
• Must be 18+ with a valid drivers license and an excellent driving record; drug testing required.

Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

All candidates must manifest the highest level of customer service. Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a basic working knowledge of Windows Office, along with the ability to learn vender programs/portals quickly and efficiently. All candidates must be 18, with a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record. Must be responsible, dedicated to arriving on time, hard-working, and have the ability to multi-task. Drug testing required. This is an entry-level position.
