Job summary

Genesis of Milwaukee is seeking an entry-level Service BDC Representative to join their busy service department.

You will receive and schedule service calls, coordinate with Service Advisors and the Parts/Rental Department, and respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone to ensure smooth scheduling and recall management.

Qualifications

• All candidates must manifest the highest level of customer service.
• Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a basic working knowledge of Windows Office, along with the ability to learn vendor programs/portals quickly and efficiently.
• All candidates must be 18, with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Must be responsible, dedicated to arriving on time, hard-working, and have the ability to multi-task.
• Drug testing required.
