Rairdon Auto Group in Bothell, WA is seeking a Service BDC Call Center representative to handle high-volume inbound calls, schedule service visits, and maintain accurate customer records. Job Details: Job Location: RAG 1 - Bothell, WA 98021, Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 Commission/year, Rairdon Auto Group is looking for candidates for our Service BDC Call Center located in our corporate facility in Bothell, WA. Do you have good customer service skills and a positive, upbeat attitude? We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to succeed. Candidates with no experience or those looking to change industries are encouraged to apply!

On-site – Full Time – Hourly Rate plus Bonus and Commission. Pay Range $15.00 per hour plus Commission$1.30 per appointment made, Monthly bonus contest based of call/text volume

Paid Time Off:

• All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
• Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
