Job summary

Lost Pines Toyota is seeking a Service Business Development Center Representative to handle inbound service calls, build rapport with customers, and schedule appointments for the Service Department. You will work with the BDC Manager, Service Advisors, and support staff to identify customer needs, confirm appointments, follow up after visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.

A high school diploma and excellent communication skills are required; prior customer service or telemarketing experience

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Customer service, sales, or telemarketing background.
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound sales phone calls
• Identifying the client's needs and scheduling appointments
• Placing outbound calls to customers who are due for service needs
• Ensuring all clients concerns are addressed prior to appointment
• Contacting clients prior to appointment date to confirm appointment
• Following up post visit to ensure customer satisfaction
