Job summary

Lost Pines Toyota is seeking a Service Business Development Center Representative to handle inbound service calls, build rapport with customers, and schedule appointments for the Service Department. You will work with the BDC Manager, Service Advisors, and support staff to identify customer needs, confirm appointments, follow up after visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.

A high school diploma and excellent communication skills are required; prior customer service or telemarketing experience

Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative

The Service Business Development Center Representative is responsible for receiving all incoming service calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Service Department.The BDC Representative interacts daily with the BDC Manager, Service Advisors, Service Managers, support staff and customers.

• Placing outbound calls to customers who are due for service needs
• Ensuring all clients concerns are addressed prior to appointment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Education and/or Experience
