Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (75-125 calls per day).
• Schedule service appointments and identify customer service needs.
• Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email.
• Answer phones and route calls according to company standards.
• Maintain vehicle and customer information in the computer system; perform data entry.
