You will engage customers with high-quality consultations and aim for productive-based commissions, delivering a premium BMW experience at the dealership.

The role emphasizes outbound follow-ups, accurate CRM documentation, and maintaining excellent customer communication across calls, emails, texts, and website leads, with growth opportunities

Competenze

• Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
