The role involves answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and following up with customers to create an outstanding service experience from the first interaction.

Ideal candidates have background in customer service, call centers, appointment scheduling, or automotive dealership BDC operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, BDC, receptionist, appointment scheduling, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM, DMS, and scheduling software.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding recalls, ToyotaCare maintenance, loyalty programs, service reminders, and extended warranty opportunities.
• Review customer service history and recommend maintenance services when scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM and DMS software.
• Stay current on Toyota service campaigns, recalls, promotions, and maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Work closely with service advisors and the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
