Milton Martin Toyota is seeking a Service BDC Client Care Coordinator to join our Service Business Development Center in Gainesville, GA. The role focuses on answering calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering an outstanding service experience.

Ideal candidates have customer service or call center experience and are comfortable using CRM, DMS, and scheduling software. Bilingual skills are encouraged; dealership familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments.
• Make outbound calls regarding recalls, maintenance, loyalty programs, reminders, and extended warranty opportunities.
• Review service history and recommend maintenance when scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and DMS.
• Stay current on Toyota campaigns, recalls, and promotions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure a seamless experience.
