You will schedule appointments, qualify leads, and maintain customer relationships through timely follow-ups. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is expected, along with a customer-first mindset and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with vehicle sales and service needs.
• Schedule sales and service appointments for a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and qualify sales leads, converting them into opportunities for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and nurture opportunities.
• Update customer records in the CRM to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Stay informed about promotions, vehicle features, and service offerings to communicate effectively.
