Lithia & Driveway Hyundai of North Miami is seeking an energetic Service BDC Administrator to join our fast-paced Service Department. You will handle inbound service calls, schedule appointments, and help create an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building customer relationships.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Contact customers to confirm, reschedule, and follow up on service visits.
• Respond to online service inquiries, texts, and emails promptly.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
