Job summary

Hyundai of North Miami is seeking a Service Technician – Class A & B with ASE certifications preferred. You will join a modern service department of a Lithia & Driveway family dealership, performing repairs across engine, electrical, HVAC, and more.

The role emphasizes quality workmanship and ongoing professional development. We value technicians who bring hands-on expertise, manufacturer-trained skills, and a drive for advancement within a Fortune 500 aligned organization.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 ASE certifications.
• Experience in automotive service and repairs preferred.
• Pass manufacturer training and perform repairs with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform service repairs in listed areas (engine, brakes, electrical, HVAC, suspension) with supervision when required.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify repairs and verify vehicle performance.
• Provide quality workmanship and uphold dealership standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

Competency: Passed manufacturer training and can perform repairs in the following areas with no supervision:

• Hyundai experience is a huge plus!
• Lube and Maintenance Services
• Engine Repair
• Suspension/Steering Repair
• Brake Repair
• Electrical/Electrical Systems Repair
• Heating and A/C Repair
• Engine Drivability Diagnosis and Repair (Optional)
• Certification/Training:
• Manufacturer, certified in all areas listed above.
• Minimum of 2 ASE certifications (Should be an ASE Technician)
• Automotive Technical Knowledge – Three to five years’ experience
