West Palm Beach Hyundai, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a BDC Administrator to manage inbound and outbound customer calls, respond to internet leads, and identify customer needs across channels.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• Strong communication skills, verbal & written.
• Call center or customer sales experience is a plus.
