Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole in Wyoming is hiring a full-time bartender to craft and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages for dining room guests. You will pre-batch mixers, stock mise en place, and perform table-side service with the Beverage Trolley while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Four Seasons standards.

The role requires 1 year of luxury hospitality bartending, physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for eight hours, and legal US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 1 year bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining.
• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet up to 8 hours.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Fill guest orders and make drinks for servers to deliver as a back-bar bartender.
• Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the dining room, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards.
• Pre-batch mixers, prep garnishes, and ensure mise en place is fully stocked before, during, and after service.
• Operate the Beverage Trolley to offer table-side Old Fashioned service, delivering a personalized and interactive guest experience.
• Follow the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
• Read and prioritize drink tickets to maintain efficient flow of service.
• Monitor product usage, complete and submit Liquor Requests, uphold safety, sanitation and cleanliness. Participate in trainings, tastings, and menu updates.
• Complete additional side duties as needed.
• Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.

• We are looking for individuals with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• 1 year Bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining.
• Must be able to push pull and lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to be on feet up to 8 hours.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
