Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Service/Bar Manager to oversee daily front-of-house operations at our Jacksonville, FL location. You will lead team members, schedule FOH staff, and collaborate with the General Manager to ensure exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.

The role requires at least 2 years in a high-volume full-service restaurant, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Engages with team and guests to ensure hospitality standards.
• Maintains strong dining room, bar, and front-door presence.
• Oversees learning and development of hourly staff.
• Organizes scheduling for front of house team members.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring to meet staffing goals.
• Manages bar inventory and bi-weekly wine, liquor, and beer inventory.
